Taking action to stop Big tech Elections

The Supreme Court denied our Petition

Our position was that any Registered Voter has standing to sue any entity, corporation, or person for state action that causes a violation of civil rights- including individuals acting color of official authority, who, when acting unconstitutionally are stripped of their official capacity. We anticipate the day when this error by SCOTUS is corrected.

We continue the fight against Sanctions

The $187,000 in unjust lawfare sanctions imposed on our attorneys is still awaiting a determination by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. We are prepared to continue fighting these sanctions so that the People's right to petition their government will not be burdened or chilled in the future.

Overview

  • ON DECEMBER 22, 2020 WE FILED SUIT against Dominion Voting Systems Inc, Facebook, Center for Tech and Civic Life (ctcl), Mark Zuckerberg, and others, for infringing on upon the rights of voters across America concerning the 2020 Presidential election. After filing the case with our original 8 plaintiffs from 5 different states, we field our amended complaint in March of 2021 with 160 plaintiffs from 38 states. Soon thereafter, we were up to over 400 plaintiffs from 49 states, when our case was dismissed for lack of standing. The class were not certified, and Plaintiffs' Lawyers were sanctioned by the district court for filing a frivolous lawsuit. Since then, we have appealed and are in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals with regard to the standing issue.

  • OUR GOAL IS free and fair elections. To accomplish this, we must hold those who engage in election interference accountable for their individual behavior. Every registered voter has a fundamental right to vote for the President of the United States. As our Complaint outlines, the defendants engaged in a coordinated effort to manipulate the outcome of the last election. Accordingly, we will harness the power of the people to utilize the full force of the legal system to enjoin the actions of the unlawful and demand monetary damages for the class.

  • To REVIEW OUR FILING HISTORY use: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/19949037/orourke-v-dominion-voting-systems-inc/ The District court docket is available on court listener but all of the appeal filings are available on this website. If you do, make sure and support their site.
